On April 1, the 2019 HANNOVER MESSE officially kicked off. Centering closely on the theme of the fair “industrial integration and industrial intelligent”, CASIC participated in the exhibition with 47 project products for two exhibition sections themed on “platform enables industry” and “upgrading through innovation”; held many product promotion activities concerning AGV-based intelligent logistics system and so on in the exhibition halls; received international enterprises for business cooperation and promoted mutual learning and economic and trade cooperation among enterprises.
A German partner stated on his second visit to CASIC’s booth that CASIC showcased higher exhibition level and received more visitors and continuous attention to their industrial Internet platform, intelligent manufacturing and solutions for intelligent life. On the site, I also invited one visitor from Mexico. After participating in the promotion activities of CASIC and viewing the exhibition hall, he said that he was deeply impressed by this grand fair of manufacturing industry. “The products promoted by CASIC are very practical and of realistic significance. I can surely feel the changes of human life brought about by technology. It is a rare opportunity for visitors of all countries in the world to visit the exhibition halls of Chinese enterprises. We are very interested in CASIC’s exhibition section of intelligent manufacturing.” Other foreign visitors, after participating in the activities for promotion of solutions for smart card printing, actively came and experienced card printing in front of a series of CASIC’s products for smart card printing solutions.

Figure 2: AC Company of CASIC held a special activity for promotion of intelligent manufacturing service solutions, emphasizing its collaborative development with CASIC’s intelligent manufacturing capacity to further promote its intelligent manufacturing service solutions on the international market.
Figure 3: CASIC held an activity for promotion of the international industrial Internet platform INDICS. Reiner Anderl, professor of Darmstadt University of Technology and Chief Expert of German Industry 4.0, attended the promotion activity and was invited to be the expert of “online think tank” for INDICS platform.
Figure 4 shows Wei Yiyin, a member of the Party Leading Group and Deputy General Manager of CASIC being interviewed by foreign correspondents from such media outlets as the Xinhua News Agency, China Daily and China Radio International.

Figure 7: Wei Yiyin, Deputy General Manager of CASIC met with Mr. Dirk Hilbert, Major of Dresden, Germany and convened a special meeting for discussion on several cooperation projects of both parties. Both parties also visited exhibition booths of each other.
