CASIC held the 2019 Special Lecture on Archives for “International Archives Day” on June 3.
Experts of the National Archives Administration of China were invited for the Special Lecture on Archives. A total number of 620 people of all departments and units of the Headquarters who are involved in archives attended the Lecture.
In recent years, CASIC has been steadily leading central enterprises in standardizing and advancing archives management with remarkable effects, creating a good situation for sustained and rapid development. The archives work system meeting actual work needs has been preliminarily established and relatively complete archives resource system and archives quality tracking system have been set up to constantly strengthen archives management safety, and create a good stable environment and historical foundation for reform and development of CASIC.
The Lecture required that all units should conscientiously implement the comments and requirements of the National Archives Administration on strengthening archives management of state-owned enterprises, improve the re-understanding of archives work, enhance the sense of mission, responsibility and urgency for archives work in the new period and promote sustained, healthy, rapid and high-quality development of archives work.
