At the recently held central state-owned enterprise (SOE) talent work conference, three high-skilled talents, Dai Tianfang from CASIC, Yan Min from CSSG and Jiang Tao from Aerospace Jiangnan Group Co., Ltd., were selected as the first batch of "100 Outstanding Craftsmen" of central SOEs.
