On September 15th, the 22nd China International Industry Fair (hereinafter referred to as "the CIIF") kicked off in National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Themed "intelligence and interconnection enabling new industrial development", the CIIF had nine professional exhibition areas covering an exhibition area of 245,000 m2, with more than 2,000 exhibitors. CASIC presented the Space Information Industry Exhibition of the CIIF with a wonderful overall image, showing the application and achievements of space technologies. The "CASIC SatCloud - Space-based Network Ground Service Platform 2.0" won the Innovation Gold Award of the CIIF. Hou Xiufeng, the Secretary of the Board of Directors of CASIC, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the CIIF, the opening ceremony of the Space Information Industry Exhibition and the venue tour.
During the CIIF, CASIC brought 25 core products and application solutions in 7 categories, including space-based IoT, space-based Internet, Kuaizhou series solid-propellant carrier rockets, space information applications, space intelligent manufacturing, space-based network ground service platform and commercial space zone, to the Space Information Industry Exhibition of the CIIF with a wonderful overall image. The products (including Xingyun-2 Satellite realizing long-distance laser communication of satellite IoT, the technical verification satellite under the “Hongyun Project”- the first low-orbit broadband communication satellite of China, Kuaizhou series solid-propellant carrier rockets aimed at low-cost and fast launch services for domestic and foreign users, air and ground intelligent unmanned logistics system supported by industrial Internet, space-based IoT, and other aerospace and next-generation information technologies, Beidou transportation application solutions, as well as satellite-based millimeter-wave SAR payload, airborne millimeter-wave InSAR system, space-based AIS/ADS-B integrated monitoring payload, Ka integrated satellite communication system) showed the space technology applications and achievements, and received widespread attention during the CIIF.
The "CASIC SatCloud - Space-based Network Ground Service Platform 2.0", an online service platform based on the space-time big data platform and the digital earth platform, won the Innovation Gold Award of the CIIF. This platform is to realize rapid cloud uploading of satellite resources and online delivery of time-space information value-added services, gather various space-based resources such as satellite communication, navigation and remote sensing, provide five major online service products including "Global One-touch Communication", "Space Accuracy", "Space Monitoring", "Space Cloud" and "Satellite Manager" through the construction of six open cloud platforms (communication cloud, navigation cloud, remote sensing cloud, aviation cloud, measurement and control cloud, and operation and maintenance cloud), carry the innovative business model of "satellite as a service", support industrial satellite applications and develop the satellite Internet + industrial ecology.
