On January 29, CASIC held a debriefing meeting on launching of the research and production digital management system.
Liu Shiquan, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of CASIC, Wei Yiyin and Liu Zhuping, members of the Party Group and deputy general managers, attended the meeting, and the heads of relevant departments at the headquarters and relevant second-level units attended the meeting at the main venue and video conference venues respectively.
The research and production digital management system V1.0 is an important initiative to implement the digital aerospace strategy of the Corporation. The management system is plan-based system giving direct display of different models, and it deeply integrated with related systems, covering ten functions and boards, which will be applied in the headquarters of the Corporation and related second-level units.
Liu Shiquan pointed out that, as part of the Corporation's intelligence construction, this research and production digital management system shall "be comprehensive, have full coverage and be fully online", to ensure good top-level design, build application scenarios, create a unified standard; to empower research and production and business management and improve efficiency with digital science; to make managers, all kinds data and processes relating to research and production online. All units should make good use of the management system to do basic work, implement the digital aerospace strategy, make concerted efforts to complete digital transformation of the Corporation to kick off to a good start in the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan".
Wei Yiyin stressed that on the early stage of management system application, relevant departments should organize systematic training to ensure that all departments and units use it smoothly, to make the management system a platform for the daily work of the Corporation's research and production.
