On March 18, 2017, the grand founding meeting and summit forum of the Chinese Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Manufacturing (refer to as the “Alliance”) initiated by the Alliance and directed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (refer to as the “MIIT”) is held in Beijing. Chen Zhao, a vice Minister of the MIIT, attended the meeting and gave a speech.
The Alliance is a professional organization directed by the MIIT and built by integrating resources from multiple parties, and it is an organization jointly initiated and founded by China Center for Information Industry Development, CASIC CASICloud Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Haier. Miao Wei, the Minister of the MIIT, will be the director of the steering committee of the Alliance, and Chen Zhaoxiong, Gao Hongwei, the Chairman of CASIC and Hong Dayong, vice-president of the Renmin University of China, will be the deputy director of the steering committee of the Alliance.
In the founding meeting of the Alliance, relevant officers of affiliated organizations of ministry and supervising department of provincial and city industry and information ministry and relevant departments and bureaus of the MIIT, members of the expert committee, responsible person and representatives of each member of the Alliance are invited. As one of the initiation parties, CASIC CASICloud Technology Development Co., Ltd. is invited to join the meeting, and about 20 enterprises in total are invited to the meeting.
During the founding ceremony of the Alliance, Wei Yiyan, a vice President and a member of Party Committee of CASIC, is invited to give a speech; Li Bohu, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and senior consultant of CASIC, is elected to be a member of the alliance expert committee; Shu Jinlong, secretary of the party committee and chairman of CASICloud, is elected to be the vice chairman of the Alliance.
Wei Yiyan said the core of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation of CASIC is to fuse the original R&D system that is practiced in the past 60 years and still undergoing constant optimization and the newly-born mass entrepreneurship and innovation system and formulate the general idea of internal and external mass entrepreneurship and innovation front lines and internal and external method of combat. One idea is to rest the internal big system R&D on the original system, and the mass entrepreneurship and innovation shall start with technology innovation, and it shall be deepened and expanded gradually; the other is to promote the development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in the whole society relying on the demonstration base of national mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
In the Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Summit Forum for Manufacturing in China, Li Bohu made a keynote speech, and Gong Jiewen, member of CPC party committee and commission for discipline inspection, gave a special report named Forging a CASICloud Platform and Practicing Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Intelligent Manufacturing.
Li said that the intelligent manufacturing cloud is the mass entrepreneurship and innovationintelligent manufacturing system in the “Internet +” and “Artificial Intelligence +” era, and the development of intelligent manufacturing cloud must go hand in hand with the development of technologies, applications and industry.
Gong said that CASICloud focused on exerting the characteristics of this platform and formed the cloud mass entrepreneurship and innovation mode by using the advantages of big enterprises to implement supply-side innovation, strive to reinforce industry background, quality brands and industry resources and strengthen quality projects and entrepreneur, and by using special cloud platform and CASICloud platform to reinforce traditional vertical integration, modern lateral integration and Internet end-to-end integration and strengthen offline service and ecological environment of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and by using the “Three stages and three pools” to help a batch of small and micro enterprises to conduct mass entrepreneurship and innovation and promote vigorously mass entrepreneurship and innovation activities featuring cloud, public cloud and inter-state-owned enterprises mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
