On April 24, the Hannover Fair was held. In the Hannover Fair, CASIC exhibited 48 items in three technology sections including intelligent manufacturing, industrial Internet and equipment manufacturing, attracting attention from home and abroad. Wei Yiyan, a vice President of CASIC, appeared on the site to inspect and instruct the exhibition, and a CCTV journalist had an interview with him.
The large-size screen in the CASIC exhibition area attracted a lot of curious audiences, and they stopped in front of it to feel the exhibition. On the screen, CASIC mainly shows CASICloud as an international cloud platform and SMART IOT as an industrial IOT gateway.
In the new round of global industrial revolution, CASIC takes the lead in building the industrial Internet in China, promoting technological innovation, business model innovation, management innovation, fusing new-generation information technologies with modern manufacturing and production-related service industry, sparing no effort in forging the first (first batch) industrial Internet platform, CASICloud, in China and the world.
Since being brought online on June 15, 2015, CASICloud has been focusing on providing production-related services that covers the whole process and all factors of industry chains, and has built an Internet + intelligent manufacturing product service system that boasts production-related services, intelligent manufacturing services and big data services relying on abundant scientific research innovation and production and manufacturing resources and integrating social resources from all fields.
The global version CASICloud will officially go online on December 25, 2015. Currently, the English, Russian, Farsi, Germany version CASICloud is available, promoting CASICloud to become an international industrial Internet platform shared by global users. The platform is determined to build 1 platform (international cloud) and 2 centers (international industrial resources center and international industrial commercial and trade center) and handle 3 types of core services including cross-border collaborative innovation design service, cross-border collaborative production and manufacturing service and cross-border industrial products sharing center.
SMART IOT industrial IOT gateway, the latest product of CASIC, is an industrial IOT gateway used to connect CASICloud, and it is used to collect, convert, process and transfer industrial equipment data of different manufacturer brands and integrate industrial data with cloud manufacturing application, industrial big data application, providing manufacturing enterprises with industrial equipment connection and a convenient way to use the services of CASICloud.
In the equipment manufacturing section, CASIC mainly exhibits special equipment including high building fire protection system, Mecanum wheel truck, heavy flat truck, emergency rescue equipment and system integration products and equipment including intelligent pipeline network system, large capacity packet microwave communication system, value-added tax anti-forgery tax control system and etc.
The high building fire protection system is a special fire protection equipment that integrates spacecraft launch technology, control technology and information processing technology for emergency rescue in high building, super high building and other dangerous places in urban environmental conditions, and those equipment fill the technology and equipment blank in the external rescue equipment field of high building, super high building fire protection. Using technologies including efficient fire extinguishing agent spraying, low characteristic “green” launch, composite detection, highly accurate fire extinguishing bomb launch, missile launch control and etc., the equipment can quickly, accurately, safely and reliably project fire extinguishing bombs that contain efficient fire extinguishing agent to the fire zone. Projecting fire extinguishing agent accurately from afar by using fire extinguishing bombs to contain the fire marks the first successful application of aerospace military technology in civil use.
As the first “missile fire protection” product of China, the high building fire protection system has been verified by the China Certification Center for Fire Products of Ministry of Public Security, awarded the National Fire Protection Product Certification, obtained the “missile launch high building powder fire-fighting truck” product qualification, and it has entered the market promotion and application stage.
CASIC undertook the first intelligent pipeline network trial project of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the project successfully passed the inspection in Dezhou, Shandong. In the two rainstorms on June 12, 2016 and July 20, 2016, by using model like pipeline water discharge capacity analysis and etc., the intelligent pipeline network trial project timely collected and analyzed the water ponding tendency of key low sections of city and water discharge capacity of pipeline to accurately provide early alarms for flood, safeguarding the city and the people.
