Recently, Liu Yandong and Ma Kai, the Vice Premiers of the State Council visited the CASIC exhibition area and affirmed the scientific and technological innovation achievements of CASIC so far when “central enterprise is implementing the new development concept, deeply fulfilling innovation-driven development strategy & promoting the achievement exhibition of mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. Hao Peng-Secretary of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Xiao Yaqing - a director and a deputy secretary of Party Committee of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Gao Hongwei, the Secretary of Party Committee and the Chairman of CASIC, and Li Yue, the President and a Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, accompanied them respectively to visit the CASIC exhibition area.
On November 3 and 6, Ma and Liu visit the Exhibition of Innovation Achievements of Central Enterprises-CASIC Pavilion successively. Both of them successively listened to working reports on commercial aerospace, industrial Internet cloud platform and autonomous controllable information security from Gao and Li respectively. They learnt about the development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation of CASIC and expressed their appreciation for innovative work of CASIC respectively.
Over the years, CASIC has always persisted in the corporate mission of “strengthening the military by means of science and technology, and serving the country worthily by space”, and has been working to enhance the core competitiveness of the three major industries of aerospace defense, information technology and equipment manufacturing. It fully implements the development strategy of innovation-driven and civil-military inosculation, and focuses on “informatization, socialization, marketization, and internationalization”, striving to promote technological innovation, business model innovation and management innovation (in emerging technologies and industrial fields such as commercial aerospace, industrial Internet + cloud manufacturing, autonomous and controllable information security and the nation’s first batch of demonstration bases of mass entrepreneurship and innovation), and create an online and offline combined mass entrepreneurship and innovation business format.
In the new era, CASIC will unite its thoughts and actions with the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, earnestly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping important speech series on innovation-driven development, and actively promote scientific and technological innovation. Standing at the new starting point of the new era, CASIC will continue to shoulder the glorious mission of “strengthening the military by means of science and technology, and serving the country worthily by space”, holding on to the Chinese nation’s Space Dream, Strong Military Dream and Chinese Dream.
