On May 28, the 5th China (Beijing) International Service Trade Fair kicked off at the National Convention Center. China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited (hereinafter as CASIC) attended the fair with more than 60 high-tech products and solutions of industries such as aerospace, information technology, equipment manufacturing and modern service, explained the theme of “l(fā)eading the technical innovation and sharing development achievements” in details, demonstrated the technological strength and advanced level in the fields such as commercial space, smart industry and industrial Internet and promoted the launch of major domestic and foreign cooperation projects in relevant industry fields through the effective exhibition and negotiation.
On the opening day, Hu Chunhua, Vice Premier of the State Council and Cai Qi, Secretary of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, visited the exhibition area of CASIC. Wei Yiyin, a Vice President of CASIC, accompanied them and attended the Global Trade in Services Summit.
Creating the ecosystem for industrial Internet and intelligent manufacturing
In this exhibition, as a leader of China's industrial Internet, CASIC systematically demonstrated the structure and application ecology of China's first public industrial Internet service platform - CASICloud via videos, online demonstrations, VR, multimedia scrolling pictures and exhibition boards, thoroughly presented the role of the platform in helping enterprises realize resource sharing and capacity coordination, comprehensively demonstrated the internal and external CASIC partners’ superior resources in IoT sensing, controlling, management level connection, as well as its capacities of providing comprehensive data-driven IIoT solutions covering multiple industry ecology.
In the tide of a new round of scientific and technological revolutions and industry transformations in the world, as a typical representative of the manufacturing enterprises in China, CASIC established China's first public industrial Internet service platform - CASICloud. CASICloud adopts INDICS+CMSS (Industrial Internet Cloud Space + Cloud Manufacturing Support System) to establish and maintain the ecosystem of cloud manufacturing industry clusters based on the industrial Internet. It realizes compatibility of intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing, applies big data and artificial intelligence technologies, and third-party commercial and financial resources, and serves manufacturing technology innovation, business mode innovation and management innovation.
Guizhou Industrial Cloud presented in this exhibition is the manufacturing ecosystem constructed by Guizhou CASICloud-tech Co., Ltd. under CASIC to adapt to the Internet economy business format and the new-type industrial system. Guizhou Industrial Cloud aims to provide Cloud services covering the whole process and all factors of industrial manufacturing, and plays as one of the seven major Cloud platforms in promoting the integrated local development of informatization and industrialization. The intelligent workshop project of Guizhou Aerospace Linquan Motor Co., Ltd. built based on Guizhou Industrial Cloud, adopts 3D virtual reality, IoT and controlling technologies over the virtual simulation of the workshop, devices and production process, bringing a practical workshop scene, production process and remote controlling conditions to enterprises to help them improve production efficiency, product quality and reduce labor cost.
Sunlord Electronics, as a well-known chip component production and manufacturing enterprise, established an operation and dispatching center in Guizhou Industrial Cloud for industrial data analysis. The implementation of the center brings the monitoring, operation and dispatching of the whole business process including designing, development, purchasing, production, quality, sales and logistics into real, which has improved the production and operation efficiency by 30% , product quality acceptance rate by 40% and reduced more than 10 manuals and 2 million annual production cost.
Development of commercial space and making China a space power
In the commercial space sector, CASIC mainly demonstrated KZ-1A, KZ-11 and Beidou/GSP high-altitude meteorological detection system. As one of the main forces of China in aerospace industry, CASIC actively progresses in emerging as an aerospace power, deepens its ploughing in commercial space flight, holds tight to the general principles of “success and development comes first” and the industry function orientation of “Mobilizing the wits of whole society in the development of overall design institute, overall design department and final assembly plant”, conducts R&D openly in new-generation space flight technologies and application exploration and practice field, cooperates with peers to attain achievements, promotes the “Five Clouds and One Train” (Feiyun, Kuaiyun, Xingyun, Hongyun and Tengyun and high speed flying train project) commercial space flight project and makes every effort in the construction of the commercial-space-flight-oriented Wuhan National Aerospace Industry Base.
KZ-1A exhibited is a type of low-cost and highly-reliable general-purpose solid launch vehicle developed by China Space Sanjiang Group Corporation of CASIC. It uses international general interface and provides launching services mainly for 300kg-level low-orbit small satellites, being characterized by low launching cost, high flight reliability, high orbit injection accuracy, short preparation period, and less guarantee conditions. The KZ-1A launch vehicle system is mainly composed of the KZ-1A launch vehicle, ground launching system and relevant supporting equipment. The launch vehicle adopts series layout with three-stage solid power + final stage liquid boost; the whole length is about 20m, the take-off weight is about 30t, the maximum diameter is 1.4m, the carrying capacity of the sun-synchronous circular orbit is 200kg/700km, and the carrying capacity of the near-earth orbit is 300kg.
On January 9, 2017, KZ-1A launch vehicle had already achieved “sending three satellites into space through one launch vehicle” and created the “KZ” speed that only 8 and a half months were taken from signing the contract to completing the launching mission, so as to start a new chapter of the development of commercial aerospace industry in China.
In addition, Sanjiang Group also adopted the brand new R&D mode of “systematic management of space enterprises + flexible operation of private enterprises” and specially developed Kuaizhou-11 (KZ-11) launch vehicle. The carrying capacity of this type of launch vehicle is 5 times more than that of “Kuaizhou-1”, which can meet the requirements for commercial, high density and fast satellite launching.
At the same time, the Beidou/GPS high-altitude detection system developed by the No. 23 Institute of the 2nd Academy of CASIC has provided tens of thousands of sets of equipment for users at home and abroad, including the China Meteorological Administration, State Oceanic Administration, petroleum enterprises, research institutes and universities. In addition to the Asia-Pacific regions such as India, South Korea and Malaysia, in which markets have been established, CASIC has also set its sights on more countries such as Russia, Saudi Arabia, Argentina and Brazil.
Creating a smart life with information technology
In the information technology sector, CASIC will systematically exhibit system-level products and applications from areas such as big data services, taxation informatization, personnel information management and information security.
The big data platform for the comprehensive supervision service of the smart food and drug supervision of the Aisino Corporation of CASIC exhibited is a veritable “guardian of the tongue of ordinary people”. Based on technologies such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, and Internet of things, Aisino Corporation focused on food, drug, cosmetics and medical devices, as well as developed and successfully established a big data platform for the comprehensive supervision service of the smart food and drug supervision including the “food and drug standards and regulations system”, “big data center for food and drug” and eight systems to comprehensively promote the transformation of the service mode of government sectors for food and drug supervision. The platform provides a one-stop service system for enterprises, offers consumers a food traceability information query platform, the latest information acquisition platform of the food and drug industry and smart terminals for information exchange between consumers and catering enterprises, integrates the service into the entire process of supervision and assists the smart food and drug supervision with the information technology.
The demonstration project of migration of the autonomous controllable information system of CASIC is also attractive. As the major leading organization, the No. 706 Institute of the 2nd Academy of CASIC completed the localized migration of application systems for 18 state encryption networks within less than one year, piloted the deployment of more than 1,000 autonomous controllable computers within CASIC and realized the launch of the autonomous controllable information system. In September 2015, based on the results achieved at the previous stage, CASIC began to build an autonomous controllable information system for the commercial secrets network covering all departments of CASIC, so as to provide basic supports for building a smart enterprise. This system has initially achieved the localized replacement of computers as well as hardware and software of information systems. In terms of the future, CASIC plans to achieve the network deployment for more than 50,000 domestic terminals and 100,000-150,000 domestic mobile terminals in three years. As of now, CASIC has completed the deployment for more than 20,000 domestic terminals. This is the application case of the largest scale in respect of the autonomous controllable information system in China at present.
Based on the continuous adaptation and optimization, the function response time of more than 95% of the applications of the autonomous controllable information system of CASIC is controlled within 2s. The operation speed is close to that of the Wintel architecture-based information system.
In addition, CASIC will mainly exhibit its excellent system solutions and application cases in the smart industry field, which consists of key subfields such as smart cities, smart testing, smart environmental protection and smart water-saving irrigation. Innovative technologies and products such as additive manufacturing, position and attitude measurement systems, fiber-optic strapdown inertial navigation systems and air-sea gravimeters will also be shown in the equipment manufacturing sector. In the modern service industry sector, solutions provided by CASIC will be demonstrated including credit information services, consulting services, financial leasing services and comprehensive support capabilities.
During the trade fair, CASIC will also carry out contract signing activities of relevant cooperation achievements including product sales and strategic cooperation. With the national, international and comprehensive service trade transaction platform provided by the trade fair, CASIC spreads its cutting-edge concepts, advanced modes and innovative technologies in the fields of commercial space, industrial Internet, smart industry and equipment manufacturing, further strengthens the exchanges and cooperation with domestic and international enterprises in various fields and promotes the cooperation and development to continue to reach a new stage.
