Gao Hongwei, the Chairman and Secretary of Party Committee of CASIC, once said that CASICloud focuses on the “user-centered” development concept, clearly defines the general thought of “detailing application scenarios, establishing business processes and promoting functional applications” and regards promoting intelligent transformation and deploying equipment and business on the cloud as the primary task. Therefore, "one brain, one cab, two rooms and two stations" came into being.
“One brain, one cab, two rooms and two stations" is the business interface of CASICloud’s CMSS (Cloud Manufacturing Support System), which mainly includes the enterprise brain, enterprise driver’s cab, cloud business work room, cloud application work room, service station for small-sized enterprises and micro-enterprises, and service station for enterprises deploying business on the cloud. The platform provides services for users through this interface. "One brain" refers to the enterprise brain, focusing on providing functions such as big data applications, enterprise consultation, decision support, patent pools and expert pools; "one cab" refers to the enterprise driver’s cab, providing enterprises with functions such as commanding, decision making and control; “two rooms” refer to the cloud business work room and the cloud application work room of an enterprise. The cloud business work room focuses on providing enterprises with functions such as supply chain, marketing, finance and taxation. The cloud application work room provides enterprises with core application functions such as CPDM and CRP for intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing. The “two stations” refer to the service station for enterprises deploying business on the cloud and the service station for small-sized enterprises and micro-enterprises, which are the two function modules for special Online-Merge-Offline services, and can meet the actual demands of various enterprises further participating in the construction of the ecosystem for cloud manufacturing industry clusters.
Enterprise brain -core of commanding
The enterprise brain is mainly composed of intellisense, knowledge management, learning and development, and independent decision-making. It can provide resources and services such as data, expert systems, rule databases and knowledge databases for the scientific decision-making level, and support enterprises in strategic management and decision-making.
Enterprise driver’s cab - engine of decision-making
The enterprise driver’s cab provides management tools such as basic enterprise data, basic business processes, strategic planning, decision plans, key projects, and knowledge engineering for the management of the enterprise. Cloud application work room - ecosystem of industry
The cloud application work room focuses on manufacturing, covering the specific processes such as design, manufacturing, production, testing and maintenance. Based on the advanced concepts of MBSE and IPD, processes and data for the whole life cycle of the product have been established to realize the effective integration of design, research, development, manufacturing, operation and management, create a model-driven collaborative research and development mode and develop the capabilities of knowledge-based and digital collaborative design, testing and manufacturing involving multiple organizations and disciplines.
The cloud application work room mainly provides services for the "sellers" (application service operators) and the "buyers" (application use enterprises), so as to create an open industrial application ecosystem and solve "unlimited" industry problems by incorporating "massive" industrial applications.
