On August 2, 2018, CASIC held the high-rank manager training seminar for M&A enterprises. Fang Xiangming, a deputy secretary of Party Committee and a vice President of CASIC, presided the seminar, and senior management staff of enterprises merged and acquired by CASIC and branch companies of CASIC, relevant department of headquarter of CASIC and officers of the training center attended the meeting.
In the meeting, 25 senior managers gladly communicated their gains from the training, and they also talked about the difficulties they met in the fusion development and gave positive recommendations about the development of CASIC. All members of the training class consistently think that joining CASIC is of great significance to improve the strengthen of enterprise and the influence of brand and accelerate the development of enterprises. Fang carefully recorded the opinions of each senior manager and gave advices and recommendations. Officers of relevant departments also responded carefully to questions for which they are responsible. The seminar was easy and warm with rounds and rounds of laugh and applause.
Fang required in his summary speech that all staff of CASIC, especial the middle managers, must have the same value orientation and reach consensus, apply the fusion law that is determined by the development law of enterprises, prioritize the unity and coordination of employees (enterprise management features management of unity and coordination of employees, managers must be wise in communicating with employees, value unity and coordination and implement all measures.) For an enterprise, the party committee is the best organization to unite people.
After the seminar, the training center held the closing ceremony for the senior manager training for M&A enterprises.
