On August 30th, the 6th China-Eurasia Expo was held at the Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center. Hu Chunhua, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony and visited the CASIC Exhibition Stand in the pavilion after the opening ceremony. Wei Yiyin, a Vice President and a member of Party Committee of CASIC attended the opening ceremony.
CASIC attended the opening Expo with more than 70 high-tech products and solutions such as Intelligence and Security, Industrial Internet, Special Equipment and Advanced Materials and Environmental Protection Technology in four major fields, detailedly explained the theme of “Professional Excellence, Innovation and Friendly”, demonstrated the technological strength and level in the fields such as smart industry, industrial Internet and equipment manufacturing, and promoted the major domestic and foreign cooperation projects in relevant industry fields through the effective exhibition and negotiation.
In intelligence and security field, a series of technical products and solutions in smart industrial system, formed by the deep integration of cloud computing, big data, IoT, AI and new-generation information technologies, as the star exhibition items in the Expo and attracted many visitors. In recent years, CASIC has focused on the people’s needs for a better life as the objectives of the struggle, applied systematic engineering theory in providing smart solutions for each industry and user, thus forming a smart industrial system in 19 key application areas which consists of smart cities, smart agriculture, smart water service and smart detection.
The overall solution for smart city built by the CASIC is available to provide the integrated service platform covering full life cycle such as consulting, planning, design, construction and operation of smart cities. The big data platform in smart city construction, as a comprehensive urban operation management database, can open up urban infrastructure planning, construction and operation information data links by integrating multi-source information, which is conducive to promoting the fine operation management of urban construction and the scientization of comprehensive decision-making, promoting the fair, reasonable and effective utilization of urban municipal infrastructure. Smart Town is a data platform integrating scientific research, manufacturing, application and display, and can provide various types of mobile information services for residents in government affairs or work, education, property, living, transportation, cultural leisure and other areas, and also provide data analysis and decision support for managers. The smart water system can sense the operating status of each system in real time through visual dynamic monitoring to provide a water service solution covering full life cycle.
Meanwhile, CASIC displayed self-service tax terminals in smart tax. In order to actively response to the “Spring Breeze Action on Convenient Tax Service”, CASIC assists the tax department to deepen reforms to streamline administration, delegate more powers, improve regulation, and provide better services, and aims to provide better and more convenient services for taxpayers and remarkable achievements are there. At present, nearly 100 self-service tax offices with different scales in various provinces and cities across the country have been built, and over 10,000 self-service tax terminals have been put into operation, effectively improving the tax experience for taxpayers. In intelligent supervision, the Aerospace Information Smart Market Supervision Platform played by CASIC can cover the business of four-level regulatory agencies (provincial, municipal, county and township), and achieves a large-scale supervision and new mode of unified online, unified declaration, unified processing and unified response. In smart public security, the national public security exit and entry management information system exhibited by CASIC has been deployed online nationwide, realizing the sharing of information resources across the country, and the efficiency of data analysis and business collaboration and information management level are comprehensively improved. In addition, CASIC also demonstrated the localized collaborative office solution, which is based on domestic software and hardware and incorporates a new generation of information technology to enhance the user's work efficiency and usability.
In the Expo, CASIC took part in the exhibition with the industrial Internet platform--CASICloud, highlighting the INDICS open platform architecture, CMSS cloud manufacturing support system, smart factory based on INDICS and enterprises deploying business on the cloud. It also displayed the case of Guizhou Industrial Cloud by multimedia, comprehensively introducing the basic architecture and online application modules of CASICloud.
In the tide of a new round of scientific and technological revolutions and industry transformations in the world, as a typical representative of the manufacturing enterprises in China, CASIC established China's first public industrial Internet service platform - CASICloud. CASICloud adopts INDICS+CMSS (Industrial Internet Cloud Space + Cloud Manufacturing Support System) to establish and maintain the ecosystem of cloud manufacturing industry clusters based on the industrial Internet. It realizes compatibility of intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing, applies big data and artificial intelligence technologies, and third-party commercial and financial resources, and serves manufacturing technology innovation, business mode innovation and management innovation.
Guizhou Industrial Cloud presented in this exhibition is the manufacturing ecosystem constructed by Guizhou CASICloud-tech Co., Ltd. under CASIC to adapt to the Internet economy business format and the new-type industrial system. Guizhou Industrial Cloud aims to provide Cloud services covering the whole process and all factors of industrial manufacturing, and plays as one of the seven major Cloud platforms in promoting the integrated local development of informatization and industrialization. The intelligent workshop project of Guizhou Aerospace Linquan Motor Co., Ltd. built based on Guizhou Industrial Cloud, adopts 3D virtual reality，IoT and controlling technologies over the virtual simulation of the workshop, devices and production process, bringing a practical workshop scene, production process and remote controlling conditions to enterprises to help them improve production efficiency, product quality and reduce labor cost.
In special equipment and advanced materials, CASIC mainly demonstrated aerogel thermal insulation materials, YJK single shaft automation system, laser cleaning machine, electrochemical water treatment equipment for circulating water, etc. Where the demonstrated aerogel thermal insulation materials have been applied to national major projects such as the launch vehicle-Long March 5, the cargo spacecraft Tianzhou-1 and the Mars Rover with its excellent thermal insulation performance in recent years.
In environmental protection technology, CASIC focused on solutions and results in urban solid waste treatment, sludge treatment, integrated urban and rural domestic waste treatment and rainwater treatment guided by new development concept, embodying the Chinese wisdom and space program in environmental protection technology.
Wei Yiyin, a vice President of CASIC said that CASIC said the reason why CASIC attended the China- Eurasia Expo was that firstly, it would demonstrate the star products and technical strength in the fields such as smart industry, industrial Internet, equipment manufacturing and environmental protection technology; secondly, it is actively responding to China’s “Belt and Road” initiative by promoting domestic and international users to share the rapid development of China's aerospace technology more conveniently; thirdly, it seeks a broader and deeper exchange and cooperation with home and abroad enterprises, joins hands to drive the innovative development and benefits the human kind.
During the Expo, the Second Academy, Sixth Academy, China Aerospace Construction Group, Tenth Academy, Aisino Corporation, CASICloud Technology Development of CASIC held signing ceremonies for 8 cooperative projects.
